At the moment, I'm enjoying Cookies and Cream ice cream. One of my favorites... My brother just shot me in the face with his marshmellow gun. Ow.
Besides my face hurting, life has been pretty good. Well, except for the fact that one of my best friends, Jessica, is no longer working at my church. She's decided to go back and teach Special Ed. at a local highschool. So it's not like I'll never see her again, but I won't see her as often as I did.
Other than those two things, it's been same-old, same-old. Pretty boring. But that's okay, because I still have my dreams and music. Music helps me cope. I just lock my door to my bedroom and turn on the music, or go to my basement and play on the keyboard. Either way, it's a little trick I use to keep on going.
My dreams? To go into ministry work, probably at my church. To play in a touring band. To be a worship leader.
But God may have different plans, and I'll just have to see where he leads me. One hundred percent is how much his plans turn out better than mine. Which I think is cool. But I can still go on dreaming.
One of my other best friends went to Washington DC for a couple weeks. She only left yesterday and I already miss her. But she promised to take a lot of pictures.
This Friday, my brother, my friend, her brother, and I are going to the Homeschool Formal. It's going to be great, maybe not as great as the PEP Prom last week, but still great.
And I don't have anything else to talk about. So I'm going to start working on school again.
As one of my pastors will say, have a good life!!
